  metaG pipeline state March 2023

  This release contains the snakemake workflow (and associated scripts) used in the metagenomics pipeline until March 2023 for documentation purposes, since newer versions of the pipeline will include major changes. Projects processed prior to March 2023 should cite this version of the workflow. Please use the files in metaG_Illumina_PE.zip. This release also contains the wiki corresponding to the respective version of the metaG workflow.
